Pipe Production Line Certification

Pressure and leak tests of pressure equipment are critical tests conducted to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these equipment. These tests are used to analyze the functional and sealing properties of pressurized components. It is imperative that pressurized equipment, especially those containing toxic, corrosive, or flammable substances, undergo these tests before entering service

The main testing methods used are:

  • Pressure Drop Measurement: The pressure drop of compressed air or gas inside the equipment is monitored and analyzed
  • Differential Pressure Test: The test piece is compared with a reference part to detect even the smallest leaks
  • Preparation: Preparing equipment for testing and taking necessary safety precautions.
  • Test Implementation: Execution of pressure and leak tests according to the chosen test method (hydrostatic/pneumatic).

As TUVGLOBAL CERT®, we provide services with our expert staff in pressure and leak tests of pressure equipment. With our high-quality testing equipment and experienced staff, we offer solutions tailored to our customers' needs

Our services include:

  • Pressure Test Inspections
  • Leak Test Inspections

CSC Certification ( International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC)

The Importance of CSC Certification: This certification study, which guarantees the structural safety of containers in international transportation, is a document proving that the containers comply with the standards and minimize the risks that may occur during transportation.

The International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) is an international agreement adopted in 1972 and entered into force in 1977. This regulation was created to ensure the safety of human life during the transportation and handling of containers and to facilitate international container transportation. The CSC specifies the structural safety requirements and test procedures for containers

International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) Certification: An international regulation that sets safety standards for container transportation, verifying that containers can be safely used for sea, land, and rail transportation. Our processes;

  • Preparation: Preparation of the necessary documents for the conformity assessment of the containers.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Testing/having done and evaluating the compliance of containers with regulatory requirements.
  • Approval and Plateing: Conformity assessment study
  • Reporting: Detailed reporting of test results and issuance of necessary documents.

ISO EN 15085-2 Certification (Manufacture of Railway Vehicles EN 15085-2)

The EN 15085 standard series includes general requirements for the welding of railway vehicles and parts and is a visa for railway manufacturers in the international market.

It is a mandatory certification for manufacturers who provide rolling stock and parts worldwide.

As an Accredited Body authorized within the scope of TUVGLOBAL CERT® EN ISO 17065 standard, it carries out certification activities for manufacturers of railway vehicles and components according to EN 15085-2 standard.

Certification Classes

Certificates are classified based on the certification levels (CL) defined in EN 15085-2. According to part 4 of the EN 15085-2 standard, these certification levels depend on the welding performance class (CP) associated with the welded joints and the subgroup. Certification levels must be specified in the relevant drawing (see EN 15085-3). In the absence of this specification, the certification level according to EN 15085-2 must be determined before application.

  • CL 1 Welding manufacturers producing welded parts with joints classified in welding performance classes from CP A to CP D
  • Weld manufacturers who produce welded parts with joints classified in welding performance classes CL 2 CP C2 to CP D If these welds are inspected according to the welding inspection of class CT1 in accordance with the EN 15085-5:2007 standard, welded joints classified in the welding performance class CP C1 are also included. CL 4 certification class is included only according to welded joints at CL 2 or CL 3 certification level.
  •  Welding manufacturers producing welded parts with joints classified in welding performance classes CL 3 CP D
  • CL 4 Manufacturers who design, but purchase, and assemble or sell railway vehicles and parts, not welding. There is no need for certification for CL 3 certification level welding jobs.

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices, and the crosshair indicates the integration of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). The first standard for feed sustainability was developed in 2013. GMP+ currently consists of two modules: Feed Safety Assurance (FSA) and Feed Responsibility Assurance (FRA).

We offer certification services in accordance with GMP+ FSA and GMP+ FRA standards in the following areas:
